Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and technical support to senior executives/teams. The role requires a combination of traditional PA responsibilities with technical aptitude, ensuring seamless coordination, documentation, and use of digital tools to support business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative and technical assistance to executives, including managing schedules, emails, and communications.
  2. Coordinate meetings (in-person and virtual), prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  3. Manage documentation, presentations, and reports using tools such as MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, or equivalent platforms.
  4. Handle data entry, database updates, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  5. Needs to be technically comfortable (basic IT / setup tasks)
  6. Can handle laptop setup, Wi-Fi/server basics
  7. Google Workspace and account management
  8. Calendar & meeting coordination
  9. General admin and misc tasks
  10. Proactive, organized, and reliable

Understands basic programming (has education in IT)

Budget - 3-4 LPA
