Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Secretarial Support
- Manage daily calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely follow-ups
- Draft professional emails, letters, and official correspondence
- Handle independent communication on behalf of leadership
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and track action items
Travel & Scheduling Coordination
- Manage travel bookings (flights, hotels, local transport)
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries
- Handle last-minute changes efficiently and calmly
Communication & Follow-ups
- Act as a point of contact between leadership, employees, vendors, and clients
- Handle calls, emails, and messages professionally
- Ensure all follow-ups are completed within defined timelines
Documentation & Records Management
- Maintain confidential files, documents, and records
- Organize digital and physical documentation systematically
- Assist with basic HR and administrative documentation as required
Personal & Ad-hoc Support
- Support leadership with priority and time-sensitive tasks
- Handle day-to-day coordination and ad-hoc responsibilities
- Remain flexible based on evolving business requirements

Required Profile
- Bengaluru-based candidate only
- 23 years of experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Secretary
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
- Proactive, self-driven, and execution-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
