About The Role
Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership (SVP-Level Support)
Location: Bengaluru Experience Required: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Calendar Management
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars for multiple SVP/Senior Leadership executives across global time zones.
- Coordinate high-priority meetings, leadership reviews, board interactions, and cross-functional engagements.
- Prioritize scheduling conflicts and ensure optimal time management for executives.
- Organize domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, accommodations, and expense management.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships across leadership teams, HR, Finance, Legal, and business units.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, town halls, offsites, and executive visits.
Communication & Documentation
- Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
- Prepare briefing materials and ensure executives are well-prepared for meetings and business reviews.
- Capture meeting notes, action items, and follow-through on deliverables.
Operational Excellence
- Drive administrative processes with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Track priorities, deadlines, approvals, and executive follow-ups.
- Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and expense reconciliation as needed.
- Continuously improve executive support processes and operational efficiency.
Strategic Support
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
- Support special projects, leadership initiatives, and cross-functional programs.
- Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably SVP/C-suite leaders in a global organization.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain composure under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in multinational or fast-growing technology organizations.
- Exposure to global executive operations and international travel coordination.
- Strong business acumen and ability to navigate matrixed organizations.
- Experience managing leadership events, offsites, and executive communications.
