JD:
- *Manage calendar scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements* , and ad hoc operations
- *Managing Director's coordination* with internal/external stakeholders and ensured smooth communication flow
- *Handle MIS reporting, dashboards, presentations, and daily business updates* for group companies
- *Drafting emails, official correspondence* , and maintained confidential records/documentation
- Coordinating cross-functional follow-ups, special projects, and timely task closures for management
*2nd & 4th Saturday are off*
Salary up to *Rs 7 lakh per annum* (can be increased slightly)
