Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistantto provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reports
- Track follow-ups, action items, and deadlines to ensure timely execution
- Support leadership with day-to-day operational and administrative requirements
- Assist in organizing leadership meetings, townhalls, and offsites
- Manage documentation, emails, and correspondence efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- High level of organizational and time-management skills.
