Position: Executive Assistant

Experience Required: 3–6 Years

About The Role

ATMS & CO LLP is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant who can provide strategic and administrative support in managing daily business operations, coordination, communication, and confidential assignments.

The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, business understanding, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Founder's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
  • Coordinate and follow up with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, meeting minutes, and business correspondence.
  • Handle confidential documents, records, and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of business activities and projects.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, and important business events.
  • Support operational, administrative, and coordination-related functions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned tasks and priorities.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the Founder and various departments.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional personality with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of finance and business operations will be an added advantage.

Qualification

Candidates With Any Of The Following Qualifications May Apply

  • B.Com
  • M.Com
  • BMS
  • MBA
  • CA Inter
  • CS Inter

Experience

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or CA firms will be preferred.

Skills: mature communication and coordination skills with senior management and clients,strong ownership and accountability towards assigned responsibilities,strong follow-up and execution capability,adaptability and flexibility in handling dynamic work requirements,proactive approach with attention to detail
