EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO provides high-level administrative and strategic support, enabling seamless execution of business priorities. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
The EA acts as a central coordination point between the CEO and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and timely execution of deliverables.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executive & Calendar Management
- Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar aligned with business priorities
- Coordinate meetings, leadership reviews, and engagements
- Manage emails, calls, and correspondence
- Meeting & Communication Support
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Organize meetings and capture minutes
- Track action items and draft communications
- Strategic Coordination
- Track key initiatives and stakeholder updates
- Support leadership and board meeting preparation
- Ensure timely execution of priorities
- Travel & Logistics
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Manage itineraries and logistics
- Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Support cross-functional coordination

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
Postgraduate qualification preferred
