Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Ahmedabad. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials. The role involves handling confidential information, drafting and reviewing correspondence, and serving as a point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will track action items, follow up on deadlines, organize events and reviews, and maintain accurate documentation and records. The position also includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting day-to-day office operations, and proactively identifying ways to improve executive efficiency and workflow.
