Job Description

Full-time, in-person

Support the Director of furnishings and hospitality interiors business.

Split role: executive support to the Director and day-to-day HR coordination for a team of 15–20.

Executive Support

  • Calendar, inbox, and call management
  • Travel coordination, domestic and international
  • Vendor and client follow-ups
  • Meeting prep, notes, and action tracking
  • Expense and document management

HR Coordination

  • Attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
  • Recruitment coordination — job posts, scheduling, reference checks
  • Onboarding and exit formalities
  • Maintaining employee records and statutory documents
  • First point of contact for staff queries

Requirements

  • 3–6 years combined experience in EA and HR roles
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Comfortable with Excel, Gmail, Calendar, WhatsApp, and HR/attendance software
  • Discreet, organised, and proactive
