Split role: executive support to the Director and day-to-day HR coordination for a team of 15–20.
Executive Support
- Calendar, inbox, and call management
- Travel coordination, domestic and international
- Vendor and client follow-ups
- Meeting prep, notes, and action tracking
- Expense and document management
HR Coordination
- Attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
- Recruitment coordination — job posts, scheduling, reference checks
- Onboarding and exit formalities
- Maintaining employee records and statutory documents
- First point of contact for staff queries
Requirements
- 3–6 years combined experience in EA and HR roles
- Clear written and spoken English
- Comfortable with Excel, Gmail, Calendar, WhatsApp, and HR/attendance software
- Discreet, organised, and proactive
