Summary:

We are hiring for a Business Administrator role that requires initiative, the ability to set priorities, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The candidate should be able to work independently, navigate day-to-day activities, have organizational and communication skills, proactively anticipate needs, and shift priorities quickly. Responsibilities:

  • Support the Hardware and Silicon Team at the Bangalore site.
  • Coordinate events and manage logistics and travel arrangements.
  • Handle resource management, including hardware and supply management, purchase and expense management, and financial management.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication within the team.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in Administrative or Business Support roles.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Sociology, or equivalent experience.

Required Skills:

  • Event coordination and logistics management.
  • Resource management, including financial oversight.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
