Administrative Executive:
Experience: 2- 4 years
Location: Andheri East
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.
Daily Facility rounds
ID card printing , access card activation/deactivation.
Clients, Guest, Visitor management
Hands-on experience with Lunch service, food ordering, ODC setup, and hotel coordination
MIS- attendance, consumables, Invoice tracker, access card, snag list, ESG data etc
Hands on experience of Invoice verification and processing knowledge
PPT, Excel, MS-Office, Visitor management, asset management & other admin software's knowledge and hands on experience
Knowledge of procurement process & hands on experience with e-PR and PO applications
Knowledge of FMG policies & process.
Team player, Learning attitude, flexible to work in 8 AM to 5 PM or 11 AM to 8 PM shift Monday to Friday [with regards to Customer / Client visits]
Education: Hotel management background. graduate with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
