The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the leadership team. This role requires exceptional organizational agility, attention to detail, judgment, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage and optimize the Leader's complex calendar, including prioritizing appointments, resolving conflicts, and ensuring preparedness for all engagements.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reconciliation.
Prepare, review, and edit executive-level presentations, documents, and briefing materials.
Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive business and personnel information.
Business Operations & Coordination
Support planning and execution of business reviews, operating rhythms, QBRs, and leadership meetings.
Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and commitments for the leader and the extended leadership team.
Assist in managing departmental priorities, ensuring alignment across Professional Services GCC and connected business functions.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, internal events, leadership offsites, and stakeholder communications.
