Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive-Accounts to join our Finance team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles. The Junior Executive/ Executive - Accounts will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, supporting financial reporting activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications And Skills
- B.com, M.com or MBA in Finance.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Excel particularly in V lookup, Pivot Table
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Knowledge of reconciliation of Market Place and Inventory management
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales invoices along with e-Invoice and e-Way Bill generation.
- Record and book purchase invoices and business expenses.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems for accounting and inventory management.
- Maintain and update the General Ledger accurately.
- Proficient in handling reconciliation.
