Job Summary: -

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities with a strong focus on GST compliance, TDS processing, and Tally operations. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely statutory filings, and supporting audits while adhering to accounting standards and company policies.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, a good understanding of GST and TDS regulations, and the ability to handle accounting operations independently with accuracy and accountability.

Roles And Responsibilities

Daily accounting and journal entries.
Managing receipts and payments; keeping accurate records for all financial transactions.
Managing accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and track bank deposits and payments.
Reconcile monthly, quarterly, and yearly receivable and payable transactions.
Maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
TDS, IT, and GST calculations and filings, and prepare balance sheets.
Prepare documents for banks and other funding institutions.
Work with statutory auditors for company audits and report preparation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports / MIS reports.
Review and implement monetary policies.
Monthly accounting report submission to management.

Requirements: -

Masters, Bachelor's, and CA intermediate preferred.
2 years of experience in GST return filing, TDS return filing, and other statutory compliances like PF, PT, company law, etc.
Working knowledge of Tally Prime, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Experience in Accounts payable and receivable.
Experience in Bank reconciliation.
Experience or knowledge in Treasury work and follow-up.
Experience in Payroll-related work.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Strong ethics, with the ability to manage confidential data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Communicating with banks, tax authorities, investment firms, and auditors must be comfortable.
