Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive - Accounts and Payables to join our team in an on-site, full-time role at our Bengaluru facility. The responsibilities include managing accounts payable processes, preparing vendor payments, reconciling accounts, ensuring accurate financial records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows. You will oversee compliance with financial regulations and support the finance team in budgeting and audits.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounts Payable operations, including invoicing, payment processing, and vendor account reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budget management.
- Experience in using ERP systems and financial software for managing accounts and reporting.
- Attention to detail, time-management skills, and ability to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and vendor partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CMA) is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or EMS environment is preferable.
- 8-10 years of professional experience in accounts and payables management.
