Execution and Operations Associate

At The Pervinca Studio, we work at the intersection of gifting and experiences. We are looking for someone who enjoys being out in the field, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that plans translate into smooth, real-world execution.

This role is best suited for someone who prefers action over desk work and takes ownership of getting things done.

What you will be doing:

• Managing on-ground execution for gifting and experiential projects
• Coordinating with vendors, artisans, logistics partners, and transporters
• Supervising packing, dispatches, deliveries, and on-site setups
• Conducting field visits for follow-ups, quality checks, and coordination
• Handling real-time execution issues and project closures

Who this role is for:

• Mumbai-based candidates comfortable with regular field movement
• 12 years of experience in operations, execution, events, logistics, or similar roles
• Strong follow-through, reliability, and vendor coordination skills
• Comfortable handling on-ground coordination and execution activities
• Someone who takes responsibility and works confidently on ground

Eligibility / Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required

(BBA, Event Management, or related fields preferred)

Basic working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Comfortable using AI tools for basic productivity, coordination, or task support
