pplication Management Associate (Exchange Integration Support)
Responsible for defining the most suitable solution for the system and providing the necessary support and assistance for system-related issues in the maintenance phase of the account. Guarantees optimal system performance through checks and system monitoring.
Tasks
In addition to the tasks common to all STRADA employees, the specific tasks for this position are:
Change Implementation
- Aids make estimates for the development of allowed ad hoc system requirements by the customer.
- Collaborates with the Products team in resolving issues and raising new functionalities to be added to the standard product as is required by the customers
- Ensures compliance to the Strada Exchange and People standard
- Resolves medium complexity problems related to the functional environment of the application
- Ensures proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production)
Maintenance and Support
- Resolves medium complexity problems related to the functional environment of the application
- Performs testing for system fixes to ensure the solution works.
- Supports the client on queries regarding application functions.
- Conducts routine checks for preventive maintenance on the system
- Solves easy and medium complexity problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of the parameters in the system and the knowledge of legislation in the country
- Performs unit testing of these parameterization results, carrying out the necessary tests in a testing environment.
- Maintains up-to-date documentation of solution documents and technical specifications both on the client and standard levels.
Qualifications

- Has knowledge of HR pre-, post-, and payroll processing.
- Has Functional knowledge of HR concepts and technologies such as SAP HCM / Peoplesoft / euHReka / Workday / SuccessFactors
- Can work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Has knowledge in data migration processes (STRADA Exchange Service Support)
- Functional knowledge of HR concepts and technologies such as SAP HCM / Peoplesoft / euHReka / Workday / SuccessFactors
- Knowledge and experience with the following technologies:
- WebMethods 9.2 - ESB
- SQL
- XSLT
- Java
- Ruby on Rails
- MongoDB
- Javascript
- Webservices (WSDL, REST)
- Knowledge of integration technologies such as SAP XI/PI not required but good to have
