Requirements

Required Skills:
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills
- Experinece should be from Health care background
- Exceptional ticketing system skills, Service Now, etc.
- Ability to communicate within peer group
- Facilitates customer status calls, working sessions, and monitors progression of validation testing
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to stringent customer deadlines
- Provide project status updates as required by leadership
- Ability to track issues, drive resolutions, and escalate when needed
- Knowledge of interface message routing through various systems
- Must work US hours to allow for team collaboration
Tasks
- Acts as a single point of contact for Technology issues from strategic customers
- Triage and prep customer inquiries for team members or other work groups
- Monitors and provides status updates to managers for all inflight issues
- Maintains detailed log of customer inquiries and requests
Training
- Comprehensive, due to nature of role, will have to be a combined effort between minimal documentation and extensive mentoring
- Will need access to QLS and EBU's (Modified access to limit to non-PHI functions), Qted, eForm, Clarity
- Anticipate ramp up time of 3+ months
