Excellent Opportunity for Off-Shore Customer IT Liaison - Chennai

Requirements

  1. Clinically oriented
  2. Customer Service / Call Center experience, White Glove
  3. Fluent in medical terminology
  4. Familiar with major LIS and EMR's
  5. Epic
  6. Cerner/Oracle
  7. Meditech
  8. SCCSoft lab
  9. Sunquest
  10. Orchard
  11. NextGen

Required Skills:

  1. Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills
  2. Experinece should be from Health care background
  3. Exceptional ticketing system skills, Service Now, etc.
  4. Ability to communicate within peer group
  5. Facilitates customer status calls, working sessions, and monitors progression of validation testing
  6. Ability to multi-task and adhere to stringent customer deadlines
  7. Provide project status updates as required by leadership
  8. Ability to track issues, drive resolutions, and escalate when needed
  9. Knowledge of interface message routing through various systems
  10. Must work US hours to allow for team collaboration

Tasks

  1. Acts as a single point of contact for Technology issues from strategic customers
  2. Triage and prep customer inquiries for team members or other work groups
  3. Monitors and provides status updates to managers for all inflight issues
  4. Maintains detailed log of customer inquiries and requests

Training

  1. Comprehensive, due to nature of role, will have to be a combined effort between minimal documentation and extensive mentoring
  2. Will need access to QLS and EBU's (Modified access to limit to non-PHI functions), Qted, eForm, Clarity
  3. Anticipate ramp up time of 3+ months
