Description
We are seeking a skilled recruitment professional for the position of TA- Contract Staffing-WFO in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in contract staffing, and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for contract staffing positions using various platforms.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the role.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably in contract staffing.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
