Role Overview
We are seeking a Medical Writer / Evidence Synthesis Analyst with 36 years of experience in HEOR, literature reviews, and scientific writing. The role involves supporting endtoend development of scientific documents, literature reviews, and market access deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Evidence Synthesis & Writing
- Contribute to Targeted Literature Reviews (TLRs) and Systematic Literature Reviews (SLRs).
- Develop scientific deliverables such as value dossiers (AMCP/GVD), manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and scientific reports.
- Ensure content is clear, accurate, wellstructured, and compliant with guidelines.
Quality & Data Interpretation
- Conduct quality control (QC) / proofreading for documents.
- Interpret clinical, epidemiologic, and economic data and convert into structured scientific narratives.
- Support metaanalysis tasks (extraction, data synthesis, interpreting outputs).
Project Support
- Perform literature searches using databases and reference management tools.
- Manage timelines and deliver highquality outputs within deadlines.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on project execution.
Client & Team Collaboration
- Interact with internal stakeholders and support client discussions as needed.
- Provide guidance to junior team members on writing and research tasks (as applicable).
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree / PharmD / PhD or equivalent in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or related fields.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in HEOR, evidence synthesis, or medical writing.
- Familiarity with systematic review methodologies, HTA requirements, and scientific writing standards.
- Experience using tools such as EndNote, Reference Manager, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of metaanalysis/statistical tools (RevMan / STATA / R).
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Understanding of health economic modeling concepts.
- Exposure to RWE studies and realworld data sources.
- Awareness of global market access landscape.
- Ability to interpret data and draft actionable insights.
- Proactive, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exposure to working with KOLs, primary research, or workshops.
