Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable back-end systems and RESTful APIs using Node.js
Oversee back-end and full-stack projects, ensuring performance, security, and code quality
Mentor and guide junior developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Define and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and technical documentation
Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js backend development
Strong expertise in building scalable APIs and backend architectures
Experience with JavaScript and Redux.js for front-end integration
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and deployment best practices
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities
Proven experience leading teams or managing technical projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
