Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive for our Events Vertical who can acquire new clients, build relationships, and bring in business for corporate events, luxury experiences, and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for events, brand activations, and hospitality projects
- Reach out to potential clients including brands, hotels, resorts, and corporates
- Pitch our event services and experiential solutions
- Understand client briefs and coordinate with the creative team
- Negotiate budgets and close deals
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Represent the company at networking events and meetings
Who We Are Looking For
- 13 years of experience in event sales / hospitality sales / agency sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident in client meetings and negotiations
- Well-connected in corporate, hospitality, or luxury sectors (preferred)
- Self-motivated and result-driven
Salary Structure:
- Fixed Salary: 20,000 35,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Incentives: Performance-based, uncapped
- Growth: Rapid growth for high performers
High performers can earn 50,000 1,00,000+ per month including incentives.
