Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for remote work as needed. As an Event Sponsorship Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential sponsors, creating compelling sponsorship packages, and managing relationships with existing sponsors. You will also work closely with the event planning team to align sponsorship opportunities with event goals and ensure successful execution. Additional responsibilities include budget management, contract negotiations, and tracking sponsorship performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Event Marketing and Event Planning
• Strong skills in Communication and relationship management
• Experience in Event Management, including logistics and operational planning
• Familiarity with Budgeting and financial oversight for projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in sponsorship sales, ideally within the events industry
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate long-term partnerships
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
