Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as the Event Partnerships and Business Development Manager. This key role will be responsible for meeting sponsorship targets for all events in a calendar year, maintaining strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and developing strategies for business growth. You shall be in conversation with marketing heads, evangelists, Field Marketing experts and CXOs from leading companies to build collaborative efforts and onboard them as partners at our premium events.

Education: MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Proven track record in sales and business development, with at least 2 years of experience.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
