Role Description

The Event Services Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. Daily tasks include venue coordination, liaising with clients, managing vendors, overseeing event logistics, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role requires building relationships with stakeholders to deliver high-quality events tailored to client objectives. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management, with a proven ability to execute events successfully.
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage event logistics and handle unexpected challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with current market trends and innovative event strategies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in handling Large scale Corporate Events is preferred
• Experience in handling Corporate Employee engagement events
