Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Wedding Sales professional. The role involves engaging with potential clients to understand their wedding needs, proposing and selling event services, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the planning process. The individual will collaborate with various departments to ensure flawless execution, maintain relationships with clients, and meet sales targets through strategic sales planning. Additionally, the role may require occasional training sessions to enhance sales techniques and collaboration with the team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets and managing client accounts.
• Ability to train and collaborate with team members to enhance overall performance and streamline sales processes.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure client needs are met with precision and professionalism.
• Proficiency in negotiating, problem-solving, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience in the events, hospitality, or weddings industry is a plus.
• Relevant educational qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
