Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Event Sales Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for driving event sales (Sponsorships, Exhibition etc.), maintaining relationships with partners and attendees, and strategizing on sales initiatives. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, engaging potential clients, collaborating with the event management team, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also provide exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and support event planning and execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
  • Experience in Event Management and Event Planning, with attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to develop and maintain meaningful client relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team to achieve business goals
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of market trends in events and sales is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
