Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in India. The selected candidate will be responsible for tasks such as managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors and clients, and developing unique event concepts. Daily activities will include overseeing event setup and execution, working closely with the creative team, and ensuring flawless delivery of each event. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Event planning, event coordination, and logistics management skills
• Experience in developing event concepts and creative strategies
• Vendor and client management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in the events or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
