Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Noida. The Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies and ensure revenue growth across the company's specialized event domains. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and closing sales opportunities, delivering tailored solutions to clients, and driving market expansion efforts. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Sales and client relationship management skills, including account management and business development
  • Strategic and analytical skills, such as market analysis and forecasting
  • Event operations knowledge across Corporate, Institutional, and Wedding Events domains
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and standard office software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the events or hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
