Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Sales Manager, located in Noida. The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, creating proposals, conducting sales negotiations, and building customized event solutions for potential clients. The role also involves collaborating with the event planning and management teams to ensure client satisfaction and event success. Additionally, the individual will strategize and execute sales initiatives to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Event Planning and Event Management
  • Strong Sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation and client relationship management
  • Ability to organize and manage Private Events
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking
  • Proactive approach and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the events industry is a strong advantage
