Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic, result-oriented Event Sales Executive to drive sales for corporate and social events. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, proposal presentation, deal closure, and coordination with internal event teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and events.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development- Generate new leads through calls, emails, networking, and references
- Handle inbound event inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Identify client requirements and propose suitable event solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Client Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms professionally
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
Coordination & Execution Support- Coordinate with event planning, operations, and vendor teams
- Share accurate client requirements and timelines with internal teams
- Support smooth execution of events from sales handover to completion
Reporting & CRM- Maintain client database and sales pipeline in CRM
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Track lead status, follow-ups, and closures
Skills & Competencies:- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong convincing and closing ability
- Client-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events
Qualification & Experience:- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred)
- Experience: 13 years in event sales, hospitality sales, or B2B sales
- Freshers with strong sales skills may also be considered
