Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Production Specialist based in Mumbai. The role involves planning, organizing, and executing high-quality events for clients. Responsibilities include managing event production, handling logistics, overseeing budgeting, and ensuring seamless event delivery. The specialist will also communicate effectively with stakeholders, coordinate with vendors, and collaborate with internal teams to align events with client goals and expectations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Event Planning, Event Production, and Event Management
• Strong Communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members effectively
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management for events
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
