The Event Production Specialist is responsible for planning, managing, and executing events with precision and creativity. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru requires overseeing all aspects of event production, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-ground execution. The specialist will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure each event achieves its desired outcomes.

• Proven expertise in Event Planning, Event Production, and Event Management
• Strong Communication skills essential for client interactions, team coordination, and vendor management
• Experience with Budgeting and financial planning for events
• Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused with strong problem-solving skills
• Relevant experience in event production or management, or a degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field is preferred
