Role Overview
The Event Production Manager (EPM) is responsible for end-to-end management of managed meetings, webinars, and live enterprise events. This role acts as the primary technical partner for event organizers translating requirements into seamless execution.
The EPM collaborates with global cross-functional teams to design, set up, operate, and monitor live events while ensuring a smooth experience for presenters and attendees. The position requires strong coordination, technical knowledge of collaboration platforms, and the ability to manage live environments with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming event requests and manage the production queue
- Acknowledge and initiate discussion with requestors
- Gather event details and define technical requirements
- Identify and onboard required stakeholders (regional or onsite support)
- Propose and finalize the event solution
- Set up and configure managed meetings and webinars
- Provide live event support and monitoring
- Assign and coordinate production roles
- (producer, camera control, event operations, etc.)
- Deliver post-event reports and documentation
- Train users on collaboration tools and room systems
- Manage and maintain the team production calendar
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure standardized delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in managing enterprise meetings and live events
- Hands-on knowledge of collaboration platforms and webinar tools
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Experience working in global support environments
- Strong troubleshooting and decision-making ability
- Comfortable working in rotating 24 5 shifts
- Client-facing professionalism and executive presence
Preferred Profile
- Background in AV production or event technology
- Experience in global enterprise environments
- Training or mentoring experience
- Process-oriented mindset with documentation skills
