Event Production Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Production Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Event Production Manager will oversee all aspects of event production, including planning, coordination, execution, and post-event analysis. Daily responsibilities include managing event budgets, ensuring timely delivery of event milestones, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders. The role also involves problem-solving during events to ensure smooth operations and success.

• Strong skills in Production Management and Event Production
• Expertise in Event Planning and Budgeting for small- to large-scale events
• Excellent Communication skills for vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration
• Proven ability to think creatively and resolve challenges efficiently during live events
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Flexibility to work long hours and weekends, as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
• Experience in international event production and destination management is a plus
