We are seeking an experienced Event Production Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing all aspects of event production, coordinating with in-house teams and vendors, managing budgets, ensuring timelines are met, and delivering exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will manage event logistics, lead production teams, and maintain client satisfaction throughout all stages of wedding planning and execution.

• Experience in Production Management and Event Production, with the ability to oversee end-to-end execution of events
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and teams effectively
• Proficiency in Event Planning, including creating timelines, managing guest lists, and ensuring adherence to client requirements
• Skill in Budgeting and cost management, with the ability to optimize resources while maintaining quality
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple weddings and events simultaneously
• Creativity and attention to detail in ensuring high-quality standards in all aspects of event production
• Prior experience in the wedding planning or events industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
