Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Event Production Manager. The Event Production Manager will oversee all aspects of event planning, production, and execution, ensuring seamless operations and unforgettable experiences. Responsibilities include creating event plans, managing budgets, coordinating with clients and vendors, supervising onsite logistics, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality events by collaborating with artists, creators, and partners to transform concepts into reality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Event Production and Production Management, ensuring successful execution of complex events
• Strong skills in Event Planning and Budgeting for managing project timelines, resources, and financial constraints effectively
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams, clients, and vendors
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with a passion for creativity and innovation
• Experience in managing live events, familiarity with vendor negotiations, and on-site troubleshooting capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in event management, project management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
