Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Planner based in Ahmedabad with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Event Planner will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, including corporate, social, and promotional events. Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor negotiations, event setup and teardown coordination, and ensuring the smooth execution of events. The role also involves managing timelines, addressing client needs, and ensuring all events meet the client's expectations while adhering to company standards.

Qualifications
  • Event Planning, Coordination, and Management skills to oversee all aspects of successful event execution
  • Strong Budgeting and Vendor Negotiation skills to optimize resources and manage event costs effectively
  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Creative thinking and Problem-Solving skills for innovative event concepts and resolving issues on-site
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Proficiency in using Event Management Software or related tools
  • Ability to work in a flexible hybrid work environment and adapt to varying schedules
  • Previous experience in event planning or related fields is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
