This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Operations Manager located in Gurugram. The Event Operations Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact events, ensuring smooth operations and excellent on-ground experiences. Key responsibilities include managing event logistics, liaising with clients and stakeholders, budgeting, problem-solving in real-time, and leading event staff to deliver seamless experiences. The role also requires close collaboration with artists, venues, and vendors to uphold the quality that defines CosaNostra Live.

• Strong skills in Operations Management and Budgeting to ensure smooth logistical planning and cost-effective execution.
• Proficiency in Event Planning and on-site management to coordinate all aspects of event production and execution.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure to tackle real-time challenges during events.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in managing large-scale events is highly desirable.
