Job Summary:

We are looking for an Event Operations & Production Executive with 2-3 years of experience in event management. This role involves overseeing all aspects of event productionfrom planning and vendor coordination to on-ground execution. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage logistics and teams are essential.

Responsibilities:

Support the planning and execution of events by coordinating production and operational requirements.

Liaise with vendors across technical, fabrication, logistics, and printing to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Coordinate transportation, venue setup, manpower, technical setups, and all logistical requirements for smooth execution.

Create and manage detailed event budgets, tracking all production-related costs and ensuring alignment with financial goals.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in event operations or production.

Strong communication and vendor negotiation skills.

Good understanding of event logistics, setups, and on-ground coordination.

Ability to multitask and manage timelines across multiple projects.

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and handling live event pressure.
