About The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Event Marketing Manager to lead global marketing initiatives for our flagship global events.
This role requires a strategic leader who can scale international events, drive attendee registrations, maximize sponsor visibility, and build strong global tech communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 360 marketing strategies for our global event brands.
- Drive attendee acquisition (developers, founders, investors, enterprises, gamers) across international markets.
- Lead and manage a marketing team; set KPIs for registrations, revenue, partnerships, and ROI.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (Paid Media, Email, PR, Influencer Marketing, Community Marketing).
- Build strong ecosystem partnerships within Web3, AI, and Gaming industries.
- Collaborate with sponsorship and sales teams to deliver high-impact brand visibility and revenue growth.
- Oversee content and speaker marketing, including announcements, agenda campaigns, and thought leadership positioning.
- Manage marketing budgets, media partners, and vendors globally.
- Analyse campaign performance (CPL, CAC, ROAS, ticket revenue) and continuously optimize strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of event marketing experience, preferably in tech or large-scale international events.
- Strong exposure to Blockchain/Web3, AI, or Gaming ecosystems.
- Proven experience driving large-scale registrations (1000+ attendees preferred).
- Data-driven mindset with strong stakeholder and project management skills.
