Event Planning & Coordination
- Assist in developing event concepts, themes, and timelines.
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, technical support, and staffing.
- Prepare event proposals, budgets, and schedules.
- Work closely with internal teams to align event objectives and requirements.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors such as decorators, AV teams, caterers, and production partners.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and participants.
- Ensure all vendor deliverables meet company standards and deadlines.
On-site Event Execution
- Oversee on-ground operations during events.
- Ensure event setup, registration, and flow are smooth and efficient.
- Troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure seamless delivery.
Post-Event Activities
- Prepare post-event reports and feedback summaries.
- Support in data analysis, ROI measurement, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Events, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with event management tools is a plus.
- A problem-solver with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
