Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad for an Event Manager. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating events, as well as coordinating with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure events are successful. The Event Manager will also be responsible for developing event strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in event management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and multiple teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, G Suite or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively to ensure event success.
- Experience in budgeting and event marketing is a plus.
- Certifications or Professional Accreditation in Event Management is desirable.
