Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Event Manager. The Event Manager will plan, manage, and execute corporate and industry-specific events that align with AVPL INTERNATIONAL's vision. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring effective communication. The role also involves managing event promotion, logistics, and post-event evaluations to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Event Planning, Budgeting, and Coordination
  • Experience in Vendor Management, Stakeholder Communication, and Logistics Management
  • Ability to develop Event Marketing Strategies and oversee promotional activities
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for event management and reporting
  • Experience in the drone technology or agriculture sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field

Salary - Upto 50,000 per month.
