Job Description: Lead Events & Engagements

Function: Marketing | Airtel Business

Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR (with travel)

Role Overview:

The Lead Events & Engagements will drive Airtel Business's B2B event and engagement strategy, delivering high-impact experiences for enterprise customers, CXOs, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.

This role sits at the intersection of brand positioning, demand generation, CXO engagement, and partner marketing, and is critical in reinforcing Airtel Business as a trusted digital infrastructure partner for large enterprises, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and Government stakeholders.

The incumbent will be responsible for conceptualising, executing, and scaling flagship events, regional roadshows, CXO forums, industry partnerships, and internal engagement programs, ensuring strong alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end events & engagements calendar aligned to business GTM priorities
  • Plan and execute flagship events, CXO roundtables, roadshows, partner events, and industry forums
  • Deliver premium, CXO-grade experiences with consistent brand and messaging
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, alliances, PR, and leadership teams
  • Manage agencies, vendors, budgets, and timelines
  • Track and report event impact including leads, pipeline influence, engagement metrics, and ROI

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 35 years of experience in B2B events, experiential marketing, or enterprise marketing
  • Experience in telecom, technology, IT services, SaaS, or cloud preferred
  • Proven exposure to CXO-level and large-scale enterprise events
  • Strong program management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to demonstrate event ROI
  • High ownership, detail-oriented, and execution-focused

Education:

MBA / PGDM in Marketing or related discipline preferred
