Job Description

Conceptualize, plan, and execute all ELLE India events including launch parties, panel discussions, awards, pop-ups, and fashion/lifestyle activations
Coordinate across teams editorial, marketing, sales, and digital to ensure seamless execution and brand alignment
Build and maintain a strong vendor network including hotels, production houses, AV teams, stylists, caterers, etc.
Manage event budgets, timelines, and contracts with an eye on cost-efficiency and quality
Lead on-ground logistics and execution, ensuring a premium brand experience
Liaise with brand partners and sponsors, handling all requirements, deliverables, and integrations
Negotiate and close vendor deals with a strategic, budget-conscious approach
Ensure post-event reporting and partner coverage in coordination with marketing and editorial teams
Cultivate long-term industry relationships to enhance ELLEs presence in the cultural and creative space
