Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue through brand partnerships and paid collaborations across Tatva's social media platforms.
  • Identify, approach, and close deals with brands, agencies, and marketing teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Create and pitch campaign ideas that align with both brand goals and Tatva's content style.
  • Develop pricing, packages, and quotes for different formats (posts, reels, integrations, campaigns).
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Track market trends and identify new monetization/partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, media sales, or digital ad sales.
  • Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue.
  • Strong network with brands, agencies, or marketing decision-makers.
  • Clear understanding of how Instagram pages and digital media platforms monetize.
  • Ability to create strong pitches, quotes, and campaign ideas.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented. You don't wait for leads, you create them.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and closing conversations.
  • Understands how to position content as value, not just ad space.
