Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Management Specialist, located in Jaipur. The role involves planning and coordinating events, managing event logistics, and ensuring seamless execution. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, vendors, and team members to meet event objectives, providing training and guidance during the event, and overseeing marketing efforts to ensure successful promotions. Attention to detail, problem-solving, and effective communication are essential in this role.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and providing training related to event operations
• Knowledge of Marketing strategies and promotional techniques
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple projects effectively
• Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to changing priorities
• Prior experience in event or project management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
