Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Event Planning Support
- Assist in preparing event plans, timelines, and checklists.
- Support senior team members in brainstorming themes and concepts.
- Help with research on venues, vendors, and event trends.
- Maintain event-related documentation and records.
- Vendor & Venue Coordination
- Assist in coordinating with vendors (decorators, caterers, AV, logistics).
- Support venue visits, site inspections, and recce activities.
- Help track vendor confirmations, deliveries, and setup schedules.
- Communicate basic requirements under supervision.
- On-Ground Event Execution
- Assist during event setup, rehearsals, and dismantling.
- Coordinate guest flow, registration desks, and hospitality counters.
- Support dcor, production, and technical teams on-site.
- Handle minor troubleshooting and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Client & Guest Assistance
- Assist in welcoming clients and guests.
- Support RSVP management and guest lists.
- Handle basic guest queries professionally during events.
- Ensure client instructions are communicated to relevant teams.
