Wedding Planner Intern Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Daily Office / Work-from-Base Tasks
Assist senior wedding planners in preparing wedding planning presentations, proposals, and decks
Update and maintain client requirement sheets, planning trackers, and internal documents
Support the creation of mood boards, including dcor concepts, themes, color palettes, and styling references
Research and present the latest wedding trends, dcor innovations, and entertainment concepts
Coordinate With Vendors Related To
Dcor
Sound & lighting
Photography & videography
Makeup artists
Artists & performers
Conduct follow-up calls and WhatsApp coordination with vendors to ensure timely updates
Maintain and regularly update the vendor database, costing sheets, and comparison charts
Prepare day-wise wedding flows, function-wise timelines, and execution schedules
Assist in budget planning, vendor cost comparisons, and optimization
Handle emails, proposals, documentation, and internal team coordination
Support the company in business generation activities, including lead follow-ups and vendor references
Assist in identifying potential clients, venues, and partnership opportunities
Actively Work On Personal PR And Professional Networking By
Building relationships with vendors, venues, and industry professionals
Representing the brand positively during meetings, site visits, and events
Strengthening industry connections that can add long-term value to the company
